1. POSITION: HEAD OF TOUR SERVICE
Job Description:
We are seeking candidates to help with our management, creation and operation of our tour conducting and consulting service in Hoi An. In our internship program, the Japanese students who join Mushashugyo program come up with ideas on how to start a new tour service or promote existing tour services. A manager for the tour service will have the following tasks:
- Responsible for the Profit and loss of the overall Tabi Travel’s business
- Manage and operate current tours.
- Sell existing tours to hotels and other tour agencies.
- Marketing current tours to tourists in Hoi An.
- Prepare logistics and hire necessary staff to run the tours.
- Advise and assist students when they do their tour creation and advertising efforts.
Requirement: 
- Degree in English, business or tourism or actual working in tourism experience.
- Willingness to learn
- Passion and leadership potential.
- Great attitude, working ethics and open-minded.
- Strong critical and logical thinking.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Basic business knowledge.
- Location: Hoi An, Vietnam

2. POSITION: CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP OFFICER
Job Description:
We are seeking candidates to work in our language center in Hoi An. A customer relationship officer will have the following tasks:
- Represent the center to create a wonderful experience and relations to the center’s learners and their parents.
- Establish new relationship with potential customers to increase the center’s sales.
- Manage the relationship database of the center.
- Control the center’s documents and office expense.
- Work with other staff in the center to carry out marketing activities.
- Be present at the center if required.
