Streets Tour Program Coordinator
Job Responsibilities
Train STREETS program participants to conduct market, street food and related tours and tastings, using the STREETS many curriculum and materials.
Supervise and schedule program participants for tours.
Prepare and maintain all tour materials.
Interface with guests to provide an understanding of the STREETS mission; solicit donations and conduct merchandise sales.
Prepare daily, weekly, and other reports.
Coordinate with tour company partners regarding the STREETS tour programs and other guest visit options.
Assist at the STREETS Restaurant Cafe as required.
Administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
College Degree (preference given for International study experience)
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent written, spoken and English translation required; including public speaking, mandatory requirement
Prior full time professional work experience at least 2 years in hospitality, business, education or other supervisory role.
Requirements
Must live in or relocate to Hoi An at start of employment, one time relocation allowance provided
Flexible work schedule, including some overtime and holidays as needed
Vietnamese Citizen preferred
100% Non-smokers only
