DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION
• Provide guidance to all visitors to our Park
• In charge of biking tour from/to Hoi An Town to/from Thanh Ha Terracotta park
• Protect our brand(s), and maintain and develop the park's reputation
• Provide personalized services and ensure 99% of our customers are satisfied with our provided services while striving to reach 100% satisfaction
• Others duties as required
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Vietnamese nationality – Male preferable
• Excellent command of written and spoken English (knowledge of other language is an advantage)
• Minimum 1 years experience as a tour guide or related skills
