Long-term Consultant for Community Officer Position
Please be informed that WWF-Vietnam is seeking for long-term consultant for position Community Officer (based in Quang Nam Office)

Major functions: Community Officer together with other project staff will work closely with local communities in Quang Nam province to pilot Participatory Forest Management (PFM), to define REDD interventions and prepare a pro-poor benefit sharing mechanism for local communities

Requirements:
At least master’s degree in the field of natural resources management or related fields
Have more than 5 years of working experiences
Have sound knowledge and broad experiences in the field of forest management and protection
Have knowledge and experiences in REDD+ implementation
Have experience working with local communities in forest management and protection
Have excellent communication skills
Excellent interpersonal, communication and diplomatic skills with the ability to manage and interact at all levels of an international, multicultural and multilingual organization
Good People management, coaching and capacity building/development;
Networking, coordination, and facilitation skills;
Strong oral and written communication skills in Vietnamese and English
