Introduction
Quangnam RIO Spinning Co., Ltd is a branch company of RIO Industries in Korea. RIO Industries Corporation was established in 1993. The company produces over 800 metric tons of polyester yarns and sewing threads monthly, and exports worldwide to, more than 15 countries. Currently, RIO Industries Corporation is investing 6 million USD to establish Quangnam Spinning Co., Ltd to build a factory of polyester and other industrial yarns which are of high quality. It is located in Lot A4.2, Tay An Industrial Cluster, Duy Trung commune, Duy Xuyen District, Quangnam province.

Key Responsibilities:
(1) Duties of Import – Export manager
• Make purchases of imported goods
• Follow up import contract, imports process
• Write weekly/unscheduled reports to send Director
• Follow up and control rigorously export
• Pay domestic expenditure and receipts from shipping companies after export
• Make contract of import – export goods
• Seek foreign partners and expand the network of clients and suppliers
• Working with foreign partners to undertake activities, such as: writing quotation, negotiating price and contract, following up order forms and other payment procedures, customs procedures
• Make a plan of import which ensure that imported goods are punctual with quantity and quality
• Follow up foreign trade contract, L/C, insurance (if any)
• Contact with receiving, delivering and shipping companies
• Follow up timetable of imported goods, the date of ships leaving and arriving
• Check sets of receipts when making a payment of import contracts or sets of receipts before submitting for export contract. Preparing necessary procedures and receipts for import – export contract, especially customs procedure
(2)Customer relations:
• Attend to customers’ spare parts enquiries and support their needs.
• Coordinate with other departments for shipment and delivery of spare parts
• Be responsible for spare parts support administration
• Be responsible for the maintenance of proper reports in relation to service support.
• Maintain and enhance good working relationship with customers

Job Requirement:
• Male is preferred
• Bachelor degree in foreign economic relations, foreign trade
• Have at least 5 years of experience in the field of import and export
• Good negotiations, communications and interpersonal skills
• Good English or Chinese skills (both speaking and writing)
• Computer literate and effective skills in Word, PowerPoint, Excel; particularly Ecus software (software of declared customs)
• Strong ability to work independently and in a team, be hardworking
• Reporting Skills, Deadline-Oriented, Time Management, Attention to Detail
• Be enthusiastic, careful and honest
