Job Descriptions:- Being in charge of Spa operation
- Being responsible for ensuring safety, good quality of services.
- Leading and training all subordinates.
- Transmitting all the information related to him by his direct superior and by the other departments to his subordinates.
- Managing the guest satisfaction efforts of his department in accordance with Boutique’s philosophy.
Job Requirements:
- Fluent English (both in speaking and writing)
- Licensed or Certified Massage Therapist is preferred
- Minimum 3 years working experience as the same position in 4 - 5 star hotel.
- Leadership, giving decision and solving problem.
- Must have a dynamic, friendly and pleasing personality and strong interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule and scope of work.
